Administration &
Operations Tender
We’re seeking a self starting, detail-oriented and values-aligned Administrative & Operations Tender to support the daily flow of our programs and organizational life.
Position Overview
We’re seeking a self starting, detail-oriented and values-aligned Administrative & Operations Tender to support the daily flow of our programs and organizational life. It’s important that this person is able to work independently while communicating with our team. This person will be the steady presence behind the scenes, ensuring that our systems, communications, and logistics run smoothly so that our guides and participants can focus on the work before them.
This is a new position for our small team, and we are looking for someone who is ready to help support start up systems and create new ones as needed. We are moving into this fall and winter season with an overhaul of all our organizational systems and how we support our programs. If you are looking to join at the ground floor and help build something meaningful, using your creativity, this is for you.
The Administrative & Operations Tender will work closely with our Stewardship Council and guides to support communications, program logistics, and organizational systems. This role is part practical operations, part communications, and part community support.
